We offer a range of services, including daily chores, companionship, cleaning, and various ad-hoc tasks, allowing our clients and their families to maintain their independence and dignity while freeing up valuable time to focus on what matters most.

Comprehensive Home Assistance

We Help At Home offers a broad spectrum of services to our local community, extending beyond just cleaning and companionship. Whether it’s mowing the lawn, shopping, fixing a cupboard door, walking the dog, or helping new mums, we are here to assist. We also tackle one-off jobs like de-cluttering and organising rooms. Our passion lies in working with people to help them get those little but essential tasks done.

Trusted Domestic Support

Our services are provided by domestic assistants who are thoroughly screened and DBS checked. We offer general cleaning, dusting, mopping, and more extensive deep cleans, including inside cupboards and skirting boards. Additional services like ironing, changing bed covers, and folding washing are also available. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive domestic support system that caters to all your home maintenance needs.

Non-Medical Assistance

We Help At Home also offers non-medical assistance, such as help with daily living activities like washing, dressing, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments. We run errands, assist with community events, and handle light housekeeping. Our services are designed to support our clients in maintaining a comfortable and organised home environment.

What to Expect From We Help At Home

When you sign up for our services, we arrange an initial meeting at your home to understand your specific needs. We then create a personalised We Help At Home plan tailored to your requirements. This plan ensures we match you with a local assistant whose skills and schedule align with your needs. Our flexible services range from one-hour visits to a maximum of four hours per visit, including long-term support and ad-hoc tasks.

Benefits of Using We Help At Home

You’re nothing without your People – We aim to provide the same person each visit where we can. There may, of course, be times they are on leave or sick. In these situations, we will endeavour to get a person to fill in during such absences, someone reliable and local to that client.

There will always be an element of ‘learning on the job’ – so to speak – as every client’s expectation of how certain tasks are carried out according to their way of doing it. We Help At Home will monitor the assistant and the service from day one. That means you need to be part of the initial first couple of visits to firstly get to know your assistant, ensure you are happy with their work ethic and behaviour, and set timelines and how often you’ll review your clients’ care.
